I grew up in the Czech Republic. After I graduated from business school, I left my country to experience life in different parts of the world, deciding to settle down in London to develop my dream career as a movement coach.

I worked as a freelance boxing coach in a boutique gym for 9 years, where I met many talented, wise and open-minded people who promoted natural body movement, barefoot running, functional training and boxing. During this time I spent a month teaching natural fitness modalities at a resort in Kenya, which awakened me to feel the importance of living more in line with nature’s rhythms.  

At this time I also met the love of my life my husband and sole mate Wayne. Wayne was my student and we trained together for over 2 years. After I came back from Kenya, being apart from Wayne for more then a month, I realised that He is the man I would love to spent my life with.

Soon, We had our daughter. From this point my life changed forever as my transformation began. I became more connected to my instincts, I tapped into the essence of the universal consciousness, and made major life decisions from this sacred space. I am so grateful for this pivotal turning point in my life. 

After a few months of being a mother and wife, I started Slingbonding, small dance classes for mums wearing their babies in slings. The goal was to empower women in their new journey of motherhood to feel strong, beautiful and nourished through movement and connection with their baby.

Three years later, We had Our son and Our family moved to San Francisco to set off for Our new adventure. Looking after two children who are now home educated paused my practice to support other women, but in my spare time I have focused on self-care, movement and growth.

My spiritual life has blossomed, often with my children being my greatest teachers. I’ve learned a great deal about natural wellness and created community with many wonderful and wise women.
