Ladies’ Boxing Club is a high-intensity cardio class where you’ll learn the fundamentals of Cuban boxing, including the 10 basic punches and essential footwork.
You’ll also gain strength and technique through bodyweight movements such as squats, deadlifts, and push-ups, making this a full-body workout that builds both skill and fitness.
The class begins with a dynamic warm-up designed to improve your mobility and flexibility, preparing your body for the challenges ahead.
The core of the class centers around shadowboxing, where you’ll progressively build combinations to upbeat, energetic house music that makes the workout fun and engaging. This section focuses on mastering technique, rhythm, and flow while keeping the energy high.
Next, you’ll move into a bodyweight circuit, focusing on proper form for key exercises like squats and push-ups. The highlight? Practicing your punches on focus mitts—a fun and empowering way to refine your skills and release stress.
The class concludes with a cool-down and stretching session, helping you relax, recover, and leave feeling refreshed and accomplished.
